HDFC Bank Infinia Metal Credit Card

HDFC Bank Infinia Metal Credit Card

Access to the HDFC Infinia isn't something you apply for — the bank extends it to its top relationship customers by invitation. Take Sanjay, a senior executive who holds an HDFC salary account: he books his business flights through SmartBuy, where the 5X rate works out to ₹1 for every ₹6 he spends. Spending ₹5 lakh a month, he pulls in roughly ₹2 lakh worth of points annually just at the card's 3.3% base rate, while unlimited Priority Pass membership gets him into lounges on his weekly trips anywhere in the world. On the international side, the card's 2% forex markup — against the 3.75% most cards charge — saves him about ₹34,000 a year on his ₹20 lakh of overseas spending.

6E Rewards XL IndiGo HDFC Bank Credit Card

6E Rewards XL IndiGo HDFC Bank Credit Card

HDFC's IndiGo co-brand, the ₹1,500-a-year 6E Rewards XL, is no longer something you can sign up for. A bank notice posted on both 6E product pages confirms new applications stopped and, from 1 November 2025 onward, every feature tied to existing cards was switched off; any leftover 6E Rewards balance rolled over automatically into IndiGo BluChip on a 1:1 basis that same day. During its active years the card paid 5% back on IndiGo ticket purchases (climbing to as much as 15% at IndiGo's partner merchants), 3% across grocery, dining and entertainment spend, and a flat 2% on everything outside those buckets. Cardholders also got eight domestic lounge visits annually (released two per quarter through the Mastercard programme), ₹150 off IndiGo's per-person convenience fee, and a forex markup of 2.5%. New cardholders used to receive a ₹1,500 IndiGo ticket plus a free 6E Prime add-on as a welcome gift. Today IndiGo's co-branded lineup runs through Axis, SBI, IDFC FIRST and Kotak instead — HDFC has stepped out of that partnership entirely.

HDFC Diners Club Black Metal Edition

HDFC Diners Club Black Metal Edition

HDFC positions the Diners Club Black Metal as its do-everything premium card, paying 5 reward points per ₹150 spent (about 3.3% back at ₹1 per point) on general spending. Route the same money through SmartBuy instead and the return jumps sharply: 10X on hotel bookings (roughly 33%), 5X on flights, buses and partner brands such as IGP, Jockey and PharmEasy (about 16.5%), and 3X on trains and brand vouchers. Annual spending of ₹8 lakh clears the ₹10,000 fee entirely. Cardholders also get 2X points on weekend dining at standalone restaurants, complimentary Club Marriott, Amazon Prime and Swiggy One memberships once ₹1.5 lakh is spent within the first 90 days, a further 10,000-point bonus for every ₹4 lakh spent in a quarter, and unrestricted entry to over 1,300 lounges worldwide through the Diners Club network alone. The card came through HDFC's May 2026 devaluation largely unscathed, keeping its place among the strongest premium options for big spenders.

HDFC PIXEL Play Credit Card

HDFC PIXEL Play Credit Card

PIXEL Play is HDFC's app-first cashback card built around a pick-your-own-categories idea: cardholders select two from five spending packs — Dining/Entertainment, Travel, Grocery, Electronics or Fashion — and those two earn 5% cashback, sharing a single 500-CashPoint monthly ceiling. Running alongside that, SmartBuy bookings earn a separate 5% (its own 500-point cap), and a single e-commerce platform you nominate — Amazon, Flipkart or PayZapp — earns 3% under a third cap, bringing total accelerated earning to 1,500 CashPoints monthly across the three buckets. Every other purchase falls back to 1%, though since 15 April 2026 that base rate has been capped at 15,000 CashPoints a month rather than running unlimited as originally advertised. A few conditions apply: the chosen packs can only be swapped once a quarter, and in-store-only merchants like Blinkit, Reliance Smart Bazaar, Croma and Reliance Digital don't count if bought online. Lounge access isn't offered on this card, and several spend types — fuel, rent, EMIs, wallet or gift-card top-ups, vouchers, government payments and cash advances — earn zero CashPoints regardless of category. On fees, HDFC's own materials disagree: the product page markets it as lifetime-free, but the MITC and fee schedule (the documents that actually govern the account) list a ₹500 + GST joining and renewal fee, waived on ₹20,000 of spend within 90 days for joining and ₹1 lakh annually for renewal — so budget for the fee even though digital onboarding frequently issues the card for free. One more quirk worth knowing: HDFC ships PIXEL dual-rail by default, a RuPay digital card plus a Visa physical card sharing one limit and statement, and it's specifically the RuPay side that unlocks the 1% UPI earning.

HDFC Regalia Gold Credit Card

HDFC Regalia Gold Credit Card

The HDFC Regalia Gold has long been a well-rounded premium option, though the 15 May 2026 revision took some of the shine off it. Base earning fell to 5 reward points per ₹200 — about 1.25% once converted at ₹0.50 a point, down from the previous 4 points per ₹150 — and starting July 2026, domestic lounge access now requires ₹60,000 of spend in the prior quarter rather than being freely available. On the upside, the accelerated rate of 25 points per ₹200 (roughly 6.25%) still applies at partner brands like Myntra, Marks & Spencer, Nykaa and Reliance Digital, and booking through SmartBuy multiplies earnings 5X on flights (about 6.25%) and 10X on hotels (about 12.5%), up to a monthly cap of 4,000 points. The ₹2,500 annual fee is waived once you cross ₹4 lakh in yearly spend, and the card also throws in ₹1,500 vouchers each quarter (at the ₹1.5 lakh spend mark) plus ₹5,000 flight vouchers at both the ₹5 lakh and ₹7.5 lakh spend levels. One catch worth noting: the ₹2,500 welcome benefit isn't handed out automatically — HDFC's terms require ₹1 lakh of net retail spend within the first 90 days, even though the bank's own FAQ page still describes it as unconditional. Redemptions are further limited to 70% of a booking's value and 50,000 reward points in any given calendar month. It remains a solid card overall, just one that now demands a bit more effort to extract full value from.

Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card

Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card

The original Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card generates 10% cashback across every service on the Swiggy app—encompassing food orders, Instamart grocery, Dineout reservations, and Genie deliveries—governed by a unified monthly cap of ₹1,500. Following terms updated on 21 April 2026, Swiggy transactions must meet a minimum order size of ₹249 to qualify for the 10% rate. Furthermore, the card awards 5% cashback on designated digital merchant categories (such as clothing, electronics, department stores, medical stores, ride-hailing services, and Cleartrip) under a separate ₹1,500 monthly limit, while other qualifying spends earn 1% up to ₹500 per cycle. Applying via the Swiggy platform increases the welcome Swiggy One subscription from 3 months to 12 months. The annual fee of ₹500 is waived upon reaching ₹2 lakh in yearly purchases. Spends on fuel, rental housing, government services, wallet top-ups, gift cards, jewellery purchases, and EMI conversions are completely excluded from earning rewards.

HDFC Millennia Credit Card

HDFC Millennia Credit Card

The HDFC Millennia pays 5% cashback, credited as CashPoints, on purchases at ten specific merchants — Amazon, BookMyShow, Cult.fit, Flipkart, Myntra, SonyLIV, Swiggy, Tata CLiQ, Uber and Zomato — with that bonus rate limited to 1,000 points a month, and a flat 1% on everything else, similarly capped at 1,000 points monthly. The ₹1,000 annual fee disappears once yearly spend reaches ₹1 lakh. One detail that earlier catalogues glossed over: since December 2023, the quarterly perk requires meeting a spend threshold and appears to work on an either/or basis — spend ₹1 lakh in the prior quarter and you get either a ₹1,000 voucher or a domestic lounge visit, with the market commonly citing up to 4 visits annually. HDFC does confirm this lounge benefit exists and is tied to a spend requirement, but it does not publish the annual visit cap or state explicitly that the two rewards are mutually exclusive, so those particular details reflect market consensus rather than official confirmation. Fuel, rent, EMI, wallet loads and government payments don't qualify for rewards. Notably, running the ten partner-brand purchases through PayZapp or SmartBuy knocks the rate down from 5% to 1%, and cashing out CashPoints comes with a ₹50 statement-credit fee (₹99 for catalogue redemptions) plus a 500-point minimum.

Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card

Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card

The Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card is the premium card for the Tata brand ecosystem, offering 5% NeuCoins on Tata Neu app purchases and partner Tata brands (including BigBasket, Croma, Tata CLiQ, 1mg, and Air India) alongside 1.5% on non-Tata expenses. The advertised 'up to 10%' return combines the base 5% card reward with an additional up to 5% provided via NeuPass on designated Tata Neu categories, varying according to NeuPass terms rather than applying uniformly. Insurance premium payments (such as LIC) completed through the Tata Neu bill-pay portal earn the standard 1.5% rate rather than the 5% brand rate, capped at 2,000 NeuCoins monthly (around ₹1.33 lakh in premiums). Merchant, brand, and aggregator EMI plans earn the 1.5% base rate on principal amounts (whereas SmartEMI and Dial-an-EMI earn zero). NeuCoins cannot be redeemed against bill payments, and possible app convenience fees usually diminish the return on routing utility bills through Tata Neu. UPI rewards were restructured in August 2024 to 1.5% exclusively on Tata Neu UPI handles and 0.5% on third-party UPI apps, with a combined 500 NeuCoin monthly cap. The ₹1,499 annual fee is waived upon spending ₹3 lakh annually and is paired with a 1,499 NeuCoin welcome gift. Airport lounge access includes 4 international visits plus 8 domestic visits annually (2 per quarter, unlocked by ₹50,000 in prior-quarter spend since 10 June 2025). NeuCoins expire 12 months after the credit month and are redeemable across Tata merchant channels.

HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card

HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card

HDFC no longer issues the original Regalia to new customers — anyone who already holds one can continue using and renewing it, but the bank has shifted its premium Regalia positioning over to the Regalia Gold. A rebasing that took effect on 15 May 2026 changed the earn formula from 4 reward points per ₹150 to 4 reward points per ₹200 (roughly 1.00% back at ₹0.50 a point) on general spending, and HDFC's own notice names the classic Regalia specifically, meaning current cardholders were not exempted from the cut. Benefits still include Priority Pass access covering 6 international lounge visits annually alongside domestic lounge entry that now depends on quarterly spend, plus a bonus of 10,000 points once annual spend reaches ₹5 lakh and another 5,000 at ₹8 lakh — all on a ₹2,500 fee that's waived once ₹3 lakh is spent in the year.

HDFC Bank UPI RuPay Credit Card

HDFC Bank UPI RuPay Credit Card

Think of the HDFC Bank UPI RuPay as a bridge, not a rewards engine: it's a virtual-only RuPay card that exists so scan-and-pay UPI transactions can run on credit instead of your bank balance. Grocery runs, supermarket trips, restaurant bills and anything routed through PayZapp bring in CashPoints at 3%, utility payments earn 2%, and everything else settles for 1% — each bucket stopping at 500 CashPoints in a month. Here's the catch that changes the math entirely: a CashPoint redeems for only ₹0.25, so those advertised percentages shrink to an actual 0.75%, 0.5% and 0.25% once you convert to rupees. On lifetime-free status, HDFC settles the question directly in its own Fees & Charges FAQ: "No, the UPI RuPay credit card is not free. It comes with a minimal annual fee of ₹99/- + Applicable Taxes" — spend ₹25,000 in retail purchases from the second year onward and the renewal gets waived, though the initial joining fee has to be paid regardless of spend. Skip the lounge access question too, because there isn't any, and categories like fuel, rent, insurance, education, wallet top-ups and government payments contribute zero CashPoints. Bottom line: it's an inexpensive way to squeeze a little value out of UPI habits, provided you don't mistake the sticker rates for the real ones.

IndianOil HDFC Bank Credit Card

IndianOil HDFC Bank Credit Card

This co-branded card rewards fuel purchases at any Indian Oil (IOCL) pump — the country's largest fuel retail network — with 5% back as Fuel Points, and extends the same 5% rate to groceries, utility bills and telecom payments, each subject to a separate 100-Fuel-Point monthly ceiling. Take Suresh, who puts ₹4,000 a month through an IOCL pump: with the 250-point cap that applies for the first six months, then 150 points a month afterward, he comes out to roughly ₹2,000 of value in year one and about ₹1,730 in each year after, on top of ₹480 saved annually from the 1% surcharge waiver. Where you redeem the points matters a lot — a Fuel Point converts to 96 paise when used against fuel but drops to just 20 paise anywhere else — so the card's upside is genuine but concentrated in one use case, all for a ₹500 fee that's waived once annual spending crosses ₹50,000.

HDFC Bank Diners Club Privilege Credit Card

HDFC Bank Diners Club Privilege Credit Card

Positioned just below the Diners Black, the HDFC Diners Club Privilege serves as the bank's more approachable doorway into its Diners Club lineup. Everyday spending builds up at a base 4 Reward Points per ₹200 (roughly 1% once points are valued at ₹0.50 through SmartBuy), while Swiggy and Zomato orders earn at 5X (up to 2,500 RP a month) and SmartBuy bookings can reach 10X — 10X on hotels, 5X on flights, and 3X on trains, capped at 4,000 RP monthly. New cardholders who spend ₹75,000 within 90 days unlock a year of Swiggy One and Times Prime memberships at no extra cost, and hitting ₹1.5 lakh of spend in a quarter brings a ₹1,500 voucher every three months. Lounge access changed as of 1 July 2026: it's no longer automatic, requiring ₹60,000 of spend in the prior quarter to unlock 2 domestic and 1 international voucher. The ₹1,000 annual fee disappears once ₹3 lakh is spent in the year. One thing worth flagging: a point fetches ₹0.50 through SmartBuy but drops to just ₹0.20 if redeemed as statement credit, so how you cash in matters as much as how much you earn.

Marriott Bonvoy HDFC Bank Credit Card

Marriott Bonvoy HDFC Bank Credit Card

As the only Marriott-branded card in India, the Marriott Bonvoy HDFC Bank Credit Card revolves around a single standout perk: a Free Night Award worth up to 15,000 points, handed out both when you join and at every renewal. Use it at a reasonably priced property and it alone offsets the ₹3,000 (+GST) fee for a single stay — meaning you don't have to check into Marriott properties often for the card to pay off; a single qualifying night a year is enough, and eligible spend of ₹6 lakh, ₹9 lakh and ₹15 lakh unlocks three additional awards on top of that. The catch worth flagging is that each award lapses 12 months after it's issued and can't be handed off to anyone else, which matters a great deal since the card's whole value proposition leans on it. Cardholders also get cashback of up to 5% through HDFC SmartBuy, though HDFC has not disclosed any ceiling on that benefit. Because routine spending earns comparatively little, this card is best approached as a hotel-loyalty play rather than something you'd reach for day to day.

Cardholders earn 10% Reward Points on eligible PhonePe categories—such as utility bills, mobile recharges, and travel or hotel bookings—capped at 1,000 points per calendar month. Online spending across select merchant partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Uber, Swiggy, and Zomato) earns 5%, capped at 500 points monthly, alongside 1% on RuPay-on-UPI Scan & Pay transactions. Crucially, Reward Points convert at ₹1 per point toward card statement credits (or ₹0.30 via SmartBuy), translating into genuine cash value. Card benefits include up to 8 complimentary domestic airport lounge visits each year (2 per quarter, contingent on spending ₹75,000 in the prior calendar quarter). As of 1 August 2026, the joining bonus offers five ₹200 scratch cards on your first five 'UPI on Credit Card' payments of ₹100 or more in the PhonePe app, delivering ₹1,000 in total value to offset the ₹999 joining fee. Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank Credit Card

The HDFC Tata Neu Plus is an entry-level co-branded credit card carrying an annual fee of ₹499, designed for spending across the Tata retail network. Cardholders collect 2% in NeuCoins on Tata Neu and affiliated partner brands, with NeuPass membership offering up to an additional 5% back on selected Tata Neu categories (delivering up to ~7% in combined value), plus 1% on non-Tata purchases. RuPay cardholders making UPI transactions earn approximately 1%, subject to a 500 NeuCoin monthly cap on the Tata Neu UPI ID bonus. HDFC outlines the NeuPass perk as an 'additional 5% NeuCoins on selected categories on Tata Neu'—a condition affecting scope (applicable categories, platform restrictions, registration, and primary mobile number validation since 15 Jan 2025) rather than the stated rate. Merchant, brand, and aggregator EMI purchases earn the 1% base reward on principal amounts (bank-side SmartEMI/Dial-an-EMI earn nothing). NeuCoins cannot be redeemed for Bill Payment, and convenience fees may apply at app checkout. The annual fee is waived after spending ₹1 lakh in a year, and a 499-NeuCoin welcome bonus offsets the first-year charge upon completing an initial transaction within 30 days. Cardholders also receive 4 domestic lounge visits per year (capped at 1 per quarter, requiring ₹50,000 spend in that calendar quarter). Grocery rewards are limited to 1,000 NeuCoins per month—half the Infinity tier's cap—while utility, telecom, and insurance categories are capped at 2,000 each. The fuel surcharge waiver is limited to ₹250 per billing cycle (compared to ₹500 on Infinity). Transactions on fuel, rent, government services, wallet reloads, gift cards, vouchers, and online gaming earn zero rewards. NeuCoins remain valid for 12 months from the end of the month credited, are redeemable exclusively within Tata channels, and cannot be converted into statement cash.

Swiggy BLCK HDFC Bank Credit Card

Swiggy BLCK HDFC Bank Credit Card

Introduced in March 2026 as the higher tier of HDFC's refreshed co-branded lineup (positioned above the ₹500 Ornge), the Swiggy BLCK HDFC Bank Credit Card pays 10% cashback on Swiggy app orders—covering Food, Instamart, and Dineout for transactions of ₹249 or more, capped at ₹1,500 monthly. Cardholders also earn 5% cashback on leading online merchants (including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Cleartrip, BookMyShow, and ride-hailing services on spends of ₹100 or more, capped at ₹1,500 per month), alongside 1% on other eligible categories up to ₹1,000 monthly, with cashback credited 1:1 directly to the statement. The defining advantage over the Ornge card is an independent ₹1,500 monthly ceiling on the 5% online bucket (raising the overall annual cashback potential to ₹48,000 versus Ornge's ₹30,000), a reduced ₹100 minimum transaction threshold online, and an included 3-month Swiggy BLCK membership. Airport lounge access is absent despite the card's premium positioning. HDFC MoneyBack+ Credit Card

HDFC MoneyBack+ Credit Card

Aimed at entry-level users, the HDFC MoneyBack+ centres its value proposition on a 10X CashPoints rate (20 points per ₹200, working out to roughly 2.0% given a ₹0.20 point value) on five specific merchants — Flipkart, Amazon, Swiggy, Reliance Smart and BigBasket — subject to a monthly ceiling of 2,500 CashPoints, with grocery spending further sub-capped at 1,000 points a month. Every other purchase, UPI transactions included, earns a base rate of 2 CashPoints per ₹200 (about 0.20%); note that UPI earning is limited to the RuPay version of the card, whereas this particular variant runs on Mastercard. The ₹500 annual fee disappears once you cross ₹50,000 in yearly spend, and both the welcome offer and renewal benefit come to 500 CashPoints apiece. ⚠ Importantly, each CashPoint redeems for ₹0.20 on your statement rather than the ₹1 some might assume — HDFC lowered this from ₹0.25 as of 1 November 2025. Confusingly, HDFC's card terms and conditions, last republished 15 May 2026, still state "1 CashPoint = Upto ₹0.25"; because the MITC document is more recent, carries regulatory weight, and specifies an effective date, we go with the 20-paise figure while noting the discrepancy. It's best to judge this card by what it pays on the accelerated categories, not the flat base rate.

HDFC PIXEL Go Credit Card

HDFC PIXEL Go Credit Card

Sitting one notch under the Pixel Play in HDFC's digital PIXEL lineup, the Pixel Go strips the line-up down to basics: an uncapped 1% cashback on virtually everything you spend (paid out as PIXEL CashPoints at a straight ₹1-per-point value), a 5% rate on purchases routed through HDFC SmartBuy up to 500 CashPoints monthly, and 1% on UPI transactions when you use the RuPay side of the card. Compared with the Pixel Play, you lose the ability to pick your own 5% merchant packs and the 3% rate on a nominated platform — lounge access isn't part of that trade-off, since neither PIXEL card offers it. The upside is a joining fee that's half the Play's: ₹250 versus ₹500. Hit ₹10,000 in spending within the first 90 days and that joining fee comes back to you; cross ₹50,000 in a card year and the renewal fee disappears too. As with other PIXEL cards, HDFC issues this one on two networks by default — a RuPay digital card paired with a physical Visa card, both drawing from the same credit line and appearing on one statement. Categories like fuel, rent, EMIs, wallet top-ups, gift-card purchases, vouchers, government payments and cash advances earn zero CashPoints. Overall it's a straightforward, entirely digital card meant for a first-time applicant, issued on the spot through PayZapp.

This RuPay co-branded card from HDFC Bank and IRCTC is built for one purpose: rewarding people who book train tickets. On IRCTC bookings made through the IRCTC website or Rail Connect app, it pays 5 Reward Points per ₹100 spent — worth roughly 5% at the card's ₹1-per-point valuation — though that's capped at 1,000 points a month and 12,000 a year. Route the same booking through HDFC SmartBuy instead and another 5% becomes available, again capped at ₹1,000 a month, alongside a 1% waiver on the IRCTC transaction charge that has its own ₹1,000 monthly limit and gets clawed back proportionally on cancellations. Ordinary retail spending earns a flatter 1 Reward Point per ₹100 (about 1%), also capped at 1,000 points monthly and 12,000 annually. Nearly every one of this card's standout numbers comes with a ceiling that's easy to overlook. Beyond rewards, cardholders get complimentary access to IRCTC Executive Lounges at select railway stations — up to 8 visits a year, 2 per quarter, contingent on a valid train ticket and a ₹2 validation fee — plus a ₹500 welcome voucher, ₹500 milestone vouchers each quarter for hitting ₹30,000 in spend, and a standard fuel surcharge waiver. As a RuPay card it also works on UPI. The ₹500 annual fee is waived once yearly spend crosses ₹1.5 lakh. Base earning has been reduced to a modest 1 CashPoint per ₹200 (roughly 0.075% at ₹0.15 per point), leaving a single accelerator — 10X CashPoints — as the card's one meaningful advantage, and even that applies only at five named merchants: BigBasket, BookMyShow, OYO, Swiggy and Uber, subject to a 2,500-CashPoint monthly ceiling (worth ₹375). New cardholders get a 500-point welcome bonus once the joining fee clears, a fuel-surcharge waiver of the usual 1%, and a ₹500 annual fee that's waived after ₹50,000 in yearly spend; lounge access isn't offered. A rewards revision HDFC rolled out on 15 May 2026 pulled the base rate down to 1 CashPoint per ₹200 from the earlier 1 per ₹150, though it left the five-merchant 10X bonus untouched. In short, this is a niche product that only delivers value if your everyday spending happens to fall within its narrow list of bonus categories.
