super.money superCard (Utkarsh SFB)
The super.money superCard is an app-centric, lifetime-free RuPay credit card offered by super.money (a Flipkart entity) in partnership with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. Designed as a secured credit card backed by a fixed deposit, the card's credit limit is set by the MITC at a minimum of 90% of the underlying deposit amount, with the minimum deposit threshold determined at the bank's discretion. The digital version inside the app is completely free, while an optional physical card requires a fee of ₹249 plus taxes unless a qualifying deposit balance is maintained. Because approval is secured against an FD rather than dependent on credit history, it provides a practical credit-building tool for first-time earners, students, and applicants with limited credit records. Cardholders earn 1% cashback on UPI and general transactions (capped at approximately ₹500 per month for UPI and ₹10,000 for non-UPI spends), alongside boosted cashback on select partner merchants—specifically 5% on Myntra and 2% on Flipkart for non-UPI transactions. Operating on the RuPay network, it integrates with any UPI platform for QR scan-and-pay transactions while the underlying fixed deposit continues earning interest.
