Apollo SBI Card SELECT
The Apollo SBI Card SELECT is a ₹1,499 health co-brand that pays 10 Reward Points per ₹100 (~10%) at Apollo 24|7 and Apollo Pharmacy, up to 25% Circle value back on medicine, 2 points per ₹100 on dining, movies and travel, and 1 point per ₹200 elsewhere. Every point is worth Re. 1 but redeems only as Apollo Health Credits, so the value stays inside the Apollo ecosystem. It bundles a genuinely differentiated wellness set — a 1-year FITPASS PRO membership, a complimentary comprehensive health check-up, a ₹1,500 Apollo welcome voucher and a Noise smartwatch at ₹6 lakh spend. Travel extras include 4 domestic lounge visits a year, a 2-year Priority Pass and a 1% fuel surcharge waiver; the ₹1,499 fee is reversed at ₹3 lakh of annual spend.

How to redeem rewards
Ways to convert what you earn into real value.
🎁 Reward Points convert 1:1 to Apollo Health Credits (Re. 1 each), redeemable at Apollo
🎁 No cash redemption - value is locked to the Apollo ecosystem
What your SBI Reward Points are worth
Realistic value per point by redemption route — the difference is what most people leave on the table.
Statement credit BEST Capped at 60,000 pts/month from Apr 2026
Rewards catalogue / vouchers BEST Vouchers & merchandise
The concern Reward Points redeem only as Apollo Health Credits, so outside the Apollo ecosystem the headline value is unreachable and general spends earn just 0.5%.
The bottom line
This is one of the rare Indian cards where the health angle is substance rather than marketing gloss — a regular Apollo shopper genuinely benefits from the 10% earn rate, the Circle value, FITPASS, and the health check-up, all tied to spending they'd likely do anyway. The catch is that redemption is boxed in: everything converts to Apollo Health Credits and nothing else. For someone already woven into the Apollo ecosystem, that's a meaningful, distinctive card. For anyone outside it, the headline numbers don't translate into real value.

Digital gaming spends stop earning
Reward Points earned → No Reward Points on MCC 5816, 7993, 7994
From 1 December 2024 the card stopped accruing Reward Points on spends at Digital Gaming Platforms and Merchants (MCC 5816, 7993 and 7994), named as a numbered clause in the card's own T&C booklet. This is a TWO-CARD event, not a portfolio-wide one: the Shaurya, Doctor's, Doctor's-IMA and Apollo booklets carry no equivalent clause. Recorded here 2026-08-06 after the SBI audit; it now binds in card-data via an ONLINE_GAMING exclusion.
